If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. You agree to provide current and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
Preorders
Preorders are charged in full at checkout. Estimated shipping windows are good-faith estimates and may change. If a preorder shipping window changes, we will email you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a full refund before fulfillment.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
