Preorder cancellation policy

Preorders are charged in full at checkout. You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before fulfillment by emailing support@omondi.shop with your order number.

The OMONDI Washed Canvas Tote is expected to ship September 25–30, 2026. If the expected shipping window changes, we will email you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a full refund.

After an order has been fulfilled, the standard return and refund policy applies.
