Shipping policy

United States shipping

OMONDI currently ships only to addresses within the United States. Orders with a delivery address outside the United States cannot be completed.

Preorder timing

PREORDER — Expected to ship September 25–30, 2026. You’ll be charged in full today. If the shipping date changes, we’ll email you with the revised timing and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping speed begins when your order is dispatched. Selecting a faster transit service does not move the preorder production or dispatch date forward.

Rates and delivery

Standard U.S. shipping is free for the OMONDI Washed Canvas Tote. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are transit estimates and begin after the order leaves our facility.

Tracking information will be emailed when your order ships. Carrier delays, severe weather, or address issues may affect delivery after dispatch.

Address changes

Email support@omondi.shop as soon as possible if your shipping address needs to change. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
